Robert's mother insists on seeing Vicky's parents' marriage certificate. After all, the son is supposed to marry into an orderly relationship. But it's like a spell. The important document is and remains untraceable. An embarrassing suspicion arises: Was Rudolph and Ella Borchers' marriage perhaps not legally valid?
