Famous defendants acquitted on appeal after receiving heavy years of imprisonment in the first instance, trials delayed until the acts reach the statute of limitations, final convictions that are re-evaluated and wiped clean. In addition, suspicions have begun to hover over the DNA regarding the blocking of criminal investigations.
