A história desenrola-se um ano após os acontecimentos do final da série/1º filme. Mirai perdeu a sua memória, bem como todas as lembranças que envolviam Akihito. Numa tentativa de se lembrar quem é, uma nova ameaça surge tendo-a como alvo. Akihito, mais uma vez, lutará juntamente com os seus amigos para proteger Mirai. Será que Mirai irá recuperar a sua memória?
